The animal farm is growing, and Bunnie Xo might be bringing home some new babies to keep her highland cattle company.
Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo moved into a home on a larger piece of property outside of Nashville last year. , and when the move was complete, Jelly Roll was overcome with emotion that he had overcome the odds and broken the cycle hard times that had plagued his family for generations.
“Generational curses were broken because of y’all. I’m standing on it. I am standing here breaking a generational curse right now, and I hope that inspires one of y’all to do the same thing. I love y’all.
Since moving into their house, Bunnie Xo and Jelly have taken advantage of being removed from the city’s hustle and bustle and decided to start a mini farm. There’s nothing better than filling a mini farm with mini animals. Last year, Bunnie took views along the ride with them as they welcomed three miniature highland cattle to the herd: Crunch, Brownie, and S’more. But that was just them getting started, and they have since welcomed donkeys to their farm, which Jelly Roll was pumped for.
“I’m excited. The donkey’s going to love me. We’re gonna be friends forever.”

Now it’s clear that the farm is Bunnie Xo’s happy place, as she constantly shares videos of herself sitting in the pasture, brushing her cows, giving them haircuts, and spending quality time with them. And how could we forget that this time also includes lots of loving and treats as well. These animals truly hit the lottery, ending up in the Bunnie Xo/Jelly Roll home.
But based on a recent post from Bunnie, it appears the mini farm might not be mini for long as she wants to bring home two giraffes. While she was in Indio, California, for Stagecoach, Bunnie and her friends visited the Living Desert in Palm Springs. The nonprofit organization is home to over 500 animals and more than 1,200 desert plant species, and leads global conservation initiatives as well.
However, given that animals are kept in enclosures and put on display, similar to a zoo, some people are not fans of organizations like this and try to rescue animals to give them a proper home. It appears that Bunnie Xo is one of these people, and she hopes to rescue two of the giraffes on display at the Living Desert. In a TikTok video, Bunnie captioned a clip of her feeding the tall animals with:
“Little does my hubby know, I’ve already applied for a permit to rescue these two and bring them home.”

The mini farm is turning into an animal sanctuary. Bunnie Xo was sincere in her caption that she is trying to rescue these giraffes. Giraffes are a Class III animal under Tennessee state law, which means they require no additional permits except those required by the department of agriculture.
One user left a comment that if she does bring them home, she and Jelly should consider naming their farm the “Save Me Animal Sanctuary.” That’s pretty clever. Of course, then anthem for the sanctity would be Jelly Roll’s hit single “Save Me.”
While Bunnie might want to save these animals, I think that every animal that ends up at their home is saving her. She is having the time of her life with her farm, and you can tell how peaceful and therapeutic it is for her. And I totally get it, as an animal lover myself, every time I am out at my farm, the world stops, and you get to enjoy a few hours of true peace.
I can’t wait to keep following this story, and I hope some giraffes make their way to Tennessee.
