![“This Is Disgusting” – Son Of Randy Moss Blasts Larry Fitzgerald Sr. For Claiming His Father Has Liver Cancer, Says It’s Not True]()

Seems like that should have been his diagnosis to make...
Last week, ESPN announced that
Randy Moss, the NFL legend wide receiver and host of Sunday NFL Countdown would be
taking some time off to deal with some personal health issues:
"Pro Football Hall of Famer Randy Moss will step away from Sunday NFL Countdown for an extended time to focus on a personal health challenge. He briefly addressed the matter at the start of the show on Dec. 1.
For nearly a decade, Randy has been an invaluable member of the team, consistently elevating Countdown with his insight and passion. He has ESPN's full support, and we look forward to welcoming him back when he is ready."

The announcement comes after fans had previously expressed concerns for Randy after his eyes appeared yellow during a recent show, leading many to believe that he was suffering from jaundice, which could be a sign of serious health issues with the liver or pancreas:

After fans expressed their concern, Randy took to social media to revealed that he's been "battling something internal" and asked for prayers, while also urging men in particular to stay on top of their health:
"All you men, man, you do your checkups, get your bloodwork done, and we'll work through it, alright?"
Now, Randy hasn't revealed what he's dealing with, which would obviously seem to indicate that he was hoping to keep it private for now. But tonight, as the Marshall University alumni and former wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings was being inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame, the father of former NFL wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald seemed to break the news himself.
Larry Fitzgerald Sr., whose son was himself a wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals and was mentored by Moss, took to X (formerly Twitter) claiming that Moss had been diagnosed with liver cancer:
"66th NFF Hall of of Fame Ceremony here in Las Vegas just heard that Vikings HOF Randy Moss has liver cancer.Let’s show the power of prayer and pull Moss through this."
And while prayers immediately began pouring in, Fitzgerald Sr. was quickly criticized for seemingly revealing private details about someone else's health issues - including by Randy's son Thaddeus, who claimed that Fitzgerald was incorrect:

And many echoed the sentiment that Fitzgerald had no business breaking the news - whether or not it was correct.
Randy has not yet addressed the claims from Fitzgerald Sr., so until he does, maybe we should just hold off on speculating about what he's dealing with?
