Justin Timberlake Claims He Only Had “One Martini” Prior To DWI Arrest, Refused Breathalyzer Three Times

In this day and age, I will truly never understand why people don't just Uber if they are going to be drinking. This morning, news broke Justin Timberlake was taken into custody after a DWI arrest. The former NSYNC member was arrested at 12:17 this morning in the Hamptons after allegedly running a stop sign and swerving out of his lane. The police officer, who was reportedly "too young" to recognize the pop star (LOL), noted that Timberlake had glazed eyes with alcohol on his breath: “His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests." Despite the visual account from the office that the New York Post obtained, Timberlake claimed to have only consumed one martini before getting behind the wheel.
