While everyone else is up in arms about Joey Chestnut's potential ban from Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest, influencer Paige Spiranac is taking the "hot dog controversy" into her own hands. You probably know Paige from having her golf content pop up on your social media feed at work or at home, forcing you to turn the brightness down on your phone. But let's be honest, she'd hand you your ass on the golf course... It's her job to create interesting, engaging content, and sometimes that means jumping on a story as it's happening. There was no bigger story yesterday than the news that glizzy-gobbling-legend Joey Chestnut was banned from Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest after he partnered with a vegan food brand. If that's not big news to you (first off, have you been living under a rock?), I'll just try to make things clear by saying that it's not the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest on the 4th of July without Joey Chestnut. However, if Nathan's was interested in bringing in some more viewers if Chestnut isn't able to compete, they might need to seriously consider this offer from Paige Spiranac.
