Knoblauch did a solid job keeping his eyes on the prize in both quick side chats. It's hard enough to focus when Lord Stanley's Cup is on the line and all of Canada's hopes hang on your club. To be subjected to a quick peppering of questions that you couldn't be less interested in or more eager to answer as fast as possible is, frankly, a rude interruption to the action. Look, I know. The reporter's doing their job. It's good TV in the eyes of the producers. Fine. But with Knoblauch maintaining his poise and class during all that
in addition to dealing with this punk kid? That earns him a whole other level of respect.
Anything the Panthers or those who fill their arena can do to get an edge, they might as well try it. Psychological warfare. #ForTheCup. I'm here for it to a certain degree.
Obviously, a bare-chested Florida fan who pins themselves against the glass isn't

...My thing is, what are this kid's parents doing? Kind of a weird stunt to let your child pull in front of thousands of strangers and many more at-home viewers, no? Like maybe they think it's cute, wholesome and innocent and I guess it is?? At least more so than a well-endowed lady lifting her shirt to show her unique, exotic loyalty to her team. But yeah. Hmm...
Let's move on and root for a competitive Cup the rest of the way, shall we? And maybe once the series shifts back to Edmonton for Game 3, that one fan from that one time will be there to cheer the Oilers on.
