US Women’s Open Fan Gave Charley Hull His Number, But Sadly, She Didn’t Text Back

Charley Hull generated quite the buzz at the US Women's Open this week, drawing comparisons to John Daly due to her affinity for ripping cigarettes. Hull is apparently using the heaters as a healthier alternative to vaping. I'm no doctor but I honestly couldn't tell you which is worse. Something as trivial as a nicotine habit and the unsavory scent it brings along with it wasn't enough to deter one of the patrons from trying to smooth talk his way into a date with the 26-year-old native of England. If you're going to get rejected, that's a good way to go down swinging. Hull had an excellent final round in the tournament itself, working her way back to 6-over for the event with a 3-under 67 to finish in a tie for 19th. Another interesting anecdote from Sunday's media session was Hull hinting at a reality TV show.
