If you go to a Madonna concert and don't expect some expression of sexuality or libidinous content, you're probably the most naïve consumer of music on the planet. That's like going to a water park and complaining when you get wet. (I hope the person who filed the lawsuit against Madonna never reads that last sentence. They might spontaneously combust from its abstract erotic undertones).
But yeah, this is a real thing. Madonna is being sued
again in the midst of her Celebration World Tour. Back in January, a lawsuit was brought against her because of
late starts to her concerts.

Damn near every major entertainment act these days could be accused of making their throngs of fans wait too long before they finally take the stage. I don't think that suit will have much to stand on. Nor will this "pornography without warning" nonsense.
People got hold of documents from the lawsuit, which state that damages are sought from Madonna for breaching her contract, inflicting emotional distress, false advertising and "unfair competition." I don't even know what that last article means, hence the quotation marks.
I can get behind some people being angered by Madonna's opinions, or irked by her calling out a fan for not standing up, only to
find out they were in a wheelchair. But like, over this many decades of facing the public, being deliberately contrarian from a sexuality standpoint, and dealing with such a white-hot spotlight, Madonna has acquitted herself quite well overall. She's always stuck to her guns as an artist. She's 65 and still killing it on an international tour, creatively uncompromising as ever. That should be celebrated, not something she should be sued for.
The irony here is, I'm sure the hyper-sensitive soul bringing about this lawsuit, Justen Lipeles, is a radical feminist. Look at this dude.

Darling, Madonna was on that feminist wagon many, many years before it was cool. Lipeles probably fancies himself a white knight on a monomaniacal mission to bring decency back as a societal pillar. I'm afraid the ship has sailed on that front, too — but not because of what
Madonna does on stage at 65 years young.
What are we going to have now, ALL-CAPS TRIGGER WARNINGS on massive screens at Madonna shows before she comes on? GTFOH. I hope this transparent, pathetic cash grab by Lipeles doesn't amount to anything except for wasted legal fees out of his pocket. He doesn't deserve a dime.
