Woman Apologizes To Jason & Kylie Kelce For Viral Confrontation: “I Said Things That Were Out Of Character”

Kylie Kelce

She knows she messed up. Of course that was clear when video quickly went viral of a confrontation between a woman in Margate, New Jersey and retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie. Ok, it was mostly Kylie handling this one. Jason just stood back and let his wife take care of business - and that's exactly what she did. The confrontation reportedly started when the woman asked the Kelces for a photo while they were out on a date. They declined, because, well, they were out on a date and don't owe anybody anything. But apparently that set off the lady, who was captured on video in a screaming match with Kylie, telling the couple that they would "never be allowed in this town again." A bold claim for sure... Kylie quickly dismissed the woman though, firing back as somebody tried to separate the women: "I can smell the alcohol on your breath, you're embarrassing yourself." It's no surprise whose side the internet was on in this one. Kylie Kelce has quickly become America's sweetheart...well, sweetheart might not be the right word, because she's proven time and time again that she's feisty and has no problem putting others in their place when she needs to. But regardless, everybody loves Kylie, and for good reason. Even the mayor of Margate was quick to offer up an apology, even inviting the couple back for dinner. (I guess that woman was mistaken about them never being allowed in the town again for refusing to take a picture with her). And with the benefit of time, probably sobering up a little, and getting absolutely roasted on the internet, the woman in the viral video seems to have realized the error of her ways - and what an idiot she was - and offered up an apology to the power couple. Andreé Goldberg, a former Goldman Sachs analyst and now-owner of Teuscher Chocolates in the Philadelphia suburb of Wayne, Pennsylvania along with her husband Bryan, issued a statement through a publicist apologizing to the couple and calling the outburst "out of character." "In a heated moment, I said things that were out of character for me and that I regret and for that, I am sorry. Although I apologized directly to the Kelce family on Saturday, I want to publicly apologize to them, and our community. My anger, and my actions, are not who I am, and certainly not indicative of the welcoming community of Margate. As an adult and proud member of my community,  I should have recognized and respected their right to privacy from the onset. I am deeply appreciative of the grace and understanding shown to me by the Kelces and wish them nothing but the best." The Kelces have yet to address the incident, although Jason did say on this week's episode of his New Heights podcast that the couple had a great time on their trip. https://twitter.com/CrossingBroad/status/1795550440160936359
