Introducing Coach Belichick to the fine art of trolling.
Bill Belichick is 72 years old, so chances are he’s never spent much time on social media himself. In fact, it was recently revealed that he had hired his 24-year old girlfriend Jordon Hudson to help him out with the team’s social media in his new gig as head coach at the University of North Carolina, even requesting that UNC staff copy Hudson on their emails to him now that she’s helping out.

And it seems like she’s up for the job, helping the legendary coach to up his social media game.
Last year, Hudson set the internet on fire when she shared photos of the couple dressed up for Halloween on the beach together:

And recently she shared some shots of the couple doing yoga on the beach during spring break together:

Never thought I’d see the day that the legendary Patriots coach entered his influencer era, but here we are.
Well in case you didn’t notice the date today, it’s March 28th…3-28. So Hudson and Belichick are once again back at it on social media, this time trolling the Atlanta Falcons for their epic collapse in the 2018 Super Bowl against Belichick’s New England Patriots.
“Happy 3-28 to all who celebrate.”
The posts are, of course, a reference to the 28-3 lead that the Falcons blew during Super Bowl LI, when the Patriots managed to come back from being down by four scores with 8:31 left in the third quarter.
That game was the first Super Bowl to ever go into overtime, and Belichick’s Patriots, led by Hall of Fame QB Tom Brady, completed the incredible comeback by scoring 25 unanswered points in the final quarter and a half of the game to tie the game at the end of regulation.
The Patriots won the OT coin toss and elected to receive the ball first, going on a 75-yard drive to take home the win and keep the Falcons from winning their first Super Bowl.
And in her photo, Hudson is wearing an Atlanta Falcons Super Bowl Champions shirt – the same shirt she was spotted wearing in New Orleans earlier this year ahead of the Super Bowl – poking fun at the fact that they were so close but couldn’t seal the deal.
It’s clear that Hudson has loosened Belichick up a bit. Got the grumpy old coach showing a little bit of personality these days. And that’s no doubt thanks to the 48-year age gap between the couple, who reportedly met on a flight back in 2021 where they exchanged information and kept in contact by discussing things like her school work and cheerleading routines. (Wouldn’t you love to hear Bill Belichick talking to a 20-something year old about cheerleading?)
Of course they’ve gotten some jokes about their age gap, including directly to their face during this year’s NFL Honors ceremony last month when host Snoop Dogg joked about it during his monologue:
“I’ve been a football fan for a long, long time. I mean, I remember back when the Cowboys was good. I remember when the Chiefs was bad. And I remember, what was it, Bill Belichick’s girlfriend wasn’t even born yet.”

And I’ll be honest, as much as I want to hate the relationship, I can’t just because it’s given us some incredible content. And as a Saints fan, I have to respect anybody who trolls the Atlanta Falcons.
Keep up the good work, Ms. Hudson, and may there be many more 3-28s to celebrate for you and Coach Belichick.
