Some vows are traditional, some are personal for the bride and groom, but not many vows are this much of a crowd pleaser. A TikTok video is going viral for all the right reasons, featuring a bride mid-ceremony dropping a promise that instantly shocked the groom and his boys.

As the couples stand at the altar facing each other, she looks up at him with a smile saying
“And I promise to always let you golf.”
Wait… WHAT!? Can I get that in writing?
The reaction was immediate and priceless. I think before she even finished the sentence the groom was ecstatic. He whips his head around immediately to his groomsmen, who start losing it. Heads turning, mouths wide open, smiling ear to ear. The groom turns and points at the guests as if to say “You heard that right?” They are all the witnesses…
The TikTok, has already racked a million views in less than 48 hours, with people in disbelief this is what she vowed for life.
Lots of girls have a word of warning for the bride:
“Lying in your wedding vows is wild work lol”
“She has no clue what she just did. Poor thing”
“3 months later “but this is DIFFERENT!””
“Until she realizes who drives the beverage carts”
“As a golfer, she doesn’t know what she’s just signed up for”

And there are also an overwhelming amount of guys applauding the groom, and wishing they could find someone like her:

Anyone who has ever been in a relationship with someone who golf knows that this is a thing. And you can insert other time consuming hobbies as well… like hunting or fishing. Although hunting season is much more limited. But one thing about golf that is different from most sports is how often someone wants to play, and how long the rounds take. It’s an unspoken tension that probably exists in relationships. So to hear the bride acknowledge the obsession in front of God, family, and friends is next level support.
But you have to wonder if she immediately rethought her words after seeing the reaction from the crowd, her husband, and now, the whole internet. Or maybe she might just regret it a few years down the line.
Weddings can be emotional, tear jerking, but in this case, very wholesome and viral-worthy. This bride set the bar for golf girlfriends and wives everyone so ladies, you better hope your man doesn’t see this.
