Failed VP Candidate Tim Walz Says He Thinks He Could Beat Most Trump Supporters In A Fight: “I Think I Could Kick Most Of Their A*s”

Sure grandpa, let’s get you back to bed.

In a complete lack of self-awareness from the Democrat party, Tim Walz, the governor of Minnesota and failed nominee for vice president in 2024, was selected to be the running mate for Kamala Harris in part to help her appeal to men, a voting bloc that the Harris campaign was struggling to win over.

Walz is a former assistant high school football coach, something that he frequently brought up on the campaign trail, and was apparently supposed to represent the kind of strong masculine figure that would help the Harris campaign break through with male voters.

For some reason though, it didn’t work.

Walz was criticized for his support of a bill in his home state of Minnesota that mandated tampons be placed in men’s school restrooms, earning him the nickname “Tampon Tim,” and he never really helped Democrats project that “masculine” image that they needed to overcome their problems with men.

As a result, the Trump campaign won in the male demographic by 12 points, and even won the young male vote, which has typically skewed more liberal. He won males age 45-64 by a whopping 20%, and among males 65 and older, a demographic that Democrats hoped to win by warning senior citizens that Trump was a threat to social security, he still had a 13-point advantage in the final election results.

Just a total bloodbath in the male vote.

But still, despite the clear signs that Tim Walz doesn’t appeal to men, he still seems to think he can win them over.

Walz has been mentioned as a potential contender for the Democrat nomination in 2028, and has even expressed his frustration with how he was used by the Harris campaign to deliver their message. And during a recent conversation with another potential presidential candidate, California governor Gavin Newsom, Walz questioned what Democrats need to do to appeal to male voters.

As Newsom pointed out, Democrats are losing ground among male voters of every race and age, and urged the party to do more to appeal to men:

“We cannot continue to be on the defense, reacting to this. We gotta meet people where they are…

You gotta respect people you disagree with, and you can’t just dismiss people.”

Walz had another idea though: Just kick Trump supporters’ asses.

“How do you fight it? I think I could kick most of their ass, I do think that… But I don’t know if we’re going to fall into that place where we challenge you to a WWE fight kind of thing.”

Newsom, to his credit, tried to point out that Democrats were losing ground with male voters – and Tim Walz, proving he learned nothing from 2024, immediately blamed racism and misogyny:

“These are bad guys though. These are bad guys. How do we push some of those guys back under a rock? You don’t think it’s racism and misogyny?”

And they wonder why this guy didn’t help them win the election…

Now, I’m obviously a Republican and a Trump supporter so I’m not exactly the target demographic for Walz and the Democrats. But I’m begging them: Please make Tim Walz your nominee in 2028. President JD Vance has a nice ring to it.
