What, did you think it was only $450 million?
The legendary Mick Jagger is still going strong as the frontman of the Rolling Stones, even at 80 years old. The band was founded in the 1960s, and since then has sold over 200 million albums, sold who knows how many millions of tickets over the years, were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame over 30 years ago, and yet they're still on tour and selling out stadiums.
So it should come as no surprise to anybody that Jagger is loaded...but somehow, his girlfriend apparently missed the memo when she first fell in love with him.

Jagger has been with his now-37 year old girlfriend and former ballerina Melanie Hamrick since 2014, when she was 27 and he was 70. The couple has one child together, Deveraux Octavian Basil Jagger, who was born in 2016.
And according to camera, she fell in love with Jagger for his personality and had no idea that he was rich when they first met...
What are the odds? She just happens to fall in love with a man 43 years older than her, and finds out later that he's one of the biggest rockstars in the world and filthy rich. That's the American dream, am I right?
Unless Mel Hamrick spent her first 27 years under the biggest rock in the world, everybody knows who Mick Jagger is. And if you know who he is, it's a pretty fair assumption that he's not exactly struggling in the bank account.
AXS recently tweeted a quote from Hamrick about how she had no idea he was worth $500 million when she met him. (Which might be true, but she had to know he was loaded).
"My life has changed completely. I didn't know he had a net worth of $500M."

I mean, there's nothing wrong with marrying rich. Go get that money, especially if both of you are happy. But don't act like you didn't know he was rich just to make yourself feel better...
Of course I would probably say the same thing if I married Dolly Parton, so then again, I get it.
