Dad Has Zero Sympathy For Daughter Who Got Her Car Stuck Trying To Drive To Pilates Class In The Snow: “I Hope You Get Your Uggs Wet”

Isn't the snow the perfect excuse NOT to go to the gym? Much of the United States is experiencing an Arctic blast, sending not only cold temperatures across most of the country but also some pretty significant snowfall over much of the northeast. The biggest snowfall accumulations so far have been seen stretching from Kentucky and Ohio across West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland, which in some places have seen up to a foot of snow this week. Not exactly ideal travel conditions, and a pretty good excuse to stay home, watch some Netflix, and...well, do anything but go to the gym. But apparently some people are serious about their workouts. One young lady posted a video on TikTok showing her car stuck in the snow after trying to get out of the house and drive to the Pilates class, despite the treacherous conditions. And dad had zero sympathy for her. As her dad comes to the rescue, she apologizes for the situation she's found herself in. But dad isn't having it: "Sorry? You're a moron. Who goes out to do freaking workouts with 8 feet of snow? Idiot. I hope you get your Uggs wet." Classic dad. That's clearly coming from a dad who told her not to leave in the first place. As bad as we hate to admit it, parents know best sometimes. Luckily everybody was safe, so it could have been worse. Never made it out to & I blocked the neighborhood entrance. Thankfully he and another neighbor eventually got me dug out." "This exact thing happened to me, I was going to class my dad said no I said yes I am… made it a mile down the road got stuck in a snow bank BUT THEN locked my keys in my car. My dad saved me lol" "Prayed this wouldn’t happen the entire time I drove to and from my 8 am Solidcore this morning" And others sympathized with not wanting to pay the cancelation fee for the class: "Those Pilates classes are expensive and really hard to reschedule so I understand" "The no show fee will get you!" But for the most part, everybody was giving props to dad for hitting where he knew it would hurt: The Uggs. Always showing up when I need him but also gonna let me know about my dumb decisions" Just for the record, if you're snowed in and looking for a workout, shoveling snow is some pretty good exercise.
