Sad, if true.
Whether you're a fan of former and future President Donald Trump, I think we can all agree that this is a tragedy...
Of course, Trump is known for his big, boisterous personality and doing things his own way, but he also famously loves fast food, like McDonald's, and isn't always the healthiest eater (maybe RFK Jr. will change that?)...
Trump famously had McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger King and pizza for Clemson University's football team during their national championship celebration at the White House in 2019.

So yeah, his love of junk food is no secret, and I have to say, he's obviously the exception to the rule... because he eats like that all the time, only sleeps four or five hours a night and goes pretty much non-stop all the time.
Politics aside, it's impressive, to say the least, especially considering that he's 78 years old.
Well, apparently Penn State didn't exactly love his idea to share his passion for junk food with all 110,000 fans at the Penn State-Ohio State football game ahead of the election a couple weeks ago, which he was supposed to attend.
There are rumors going around online that Trump wanted to buy all 110,000 fans in attendance a hot dog, which would have totaled $770,000 (I know, it's pocket change to him, but still... that's pretty wild).
Penn state is rumored to have said no to that request, which is understandable... I mean, that sounds like a logistical nightmare, especially with little to no time to prepare.
Shortly before the game, the University put out a statement that Trump would no longer be attending the game, though they didn't reveal a specific reason at the time:
"The University has been notified that former President Donald Trump will no longer be attending the Ohio State-Penn State football game."
Obviously, the number one reason likely had to with security, or lack thereof, and making sure that it was safe for Trump to go, but the idea itself is so funny and obviously, a great strategy to win over college football fans... especially in the important swing state of Pennsylvania (which he won anyways, but still):
The rumor actually started on the Ronan Bell Podcast with Bo Nickal. Ronan is a Penn State grad who does all the video filming and editing for Bo, who is widely considered one of the greatest college wrestlers of all-time, who also went to Penn State, is currently in the UFC and is now close with Trump. Now obviously, like I said the biggest and most pressing reason was due to the fact that State College police didn't feel they could handle the security, but if this is true, it's objectively funny and would've been incredible if it actually happened. As Bo put it when discussing it on the podcast, he pretty much nailed his analysis: "He would have gotten 110,000 votes right there." No doubt... maybe sometime over the next four years, Trump can finally fulfill that promise. He should probably give them a pretty large amount of time and heads up first: https://www.tiktok.com/@theronanbell/video/7435017529904450859REPORT: Penn State Football did not allow Donald Trump to buy a hotdog for all 110,000 fans in attendance, which is part of why he did not go to the game.
Trump planned on spending $770,000 to ensure everyone got their hotdogs. 🤯 pic.twitter.com/dFXjEEhTP7 — MLFootball (@_MLFootball) November 12, 2024
