The messy breakup between country music superstar
Zach Bryan and Barstool Sports personality Brianna Chickenfry (whose real name is Brianna LaPaglia) has dominated the internet this week, after Brianna told her story of what she describes as emotional abuse during their year long relationship.
Brianna took to her
BFFs podcast to paint a not-so-flattering picture of a relationship filled with jealousy, manipulation and controlling behavior, claiming that at one point Zach smashed her phone and even got
mad at her for singing a Morgan Wallen song in their apartment.
And her co-hosts, Josh Richards and Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, released a devastating diss track last week called "Smallest Man," a play on Taylor Swift's song "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived," that calls out Zach for everything from his height to trying to get Brianna to sign an NDA for $12 million - and much more:

This is for the women that you cheated and neglected

The track was ultimately taken down after copyright claims from Zach's label, Warner Music Group, when it was discovered that Richards had also signed a deal with the label a few years ago. (Talk about a hilarious an unexpected plot twist). But that hasn't stopped the song from going insanely viral, and rallying the internet against the country singer.
Yesterday during Barstool's college football gameday show at Ole Miss, Portnoy led the crowd in a sing-along of the song - and it seems like they all knew the words:

But that wasn't the only Zach Bryan mention during college football this weekend.
The Oklahoma native is a fan of the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Last year he brought out Coach Mike Gundy during a show, and earlier this year he had Cowboys mascot Pistol Pete onstage for his performance of "Revival" in Oklahoma City.
Well yesterday, the struggling Cowboys fell to TCU by a score of 38-13, knocking Oklahoma State out of bowl eligibility. And after the game, TCU football had a message for OSU - and Zach - on social media.
The team quote tweeted a post from Oklahoma State highlighting Zach Bryan as a "big Go Pokes guy," calling him "The Smallest OSU Fan Who Ever Lived."

Brutal.
This also comes on the heels of the Boston Bruins releasing a video supporting Brianna (who is also from Boston), featuring the team singing Morgan Wallen's "Last Night" in reference to Zach reportedly getting mad at her for singing "another man's song" in his house.
Probably best for Zach to just stay off the internet for awhile, because everybody's piling on at this point.
