For those keeping track at home, we've only got 11 days until
Yellowstone makes its triumphant return.
The remaining episodes of
Yellowstone’s season five will begin airing on November 1oth. It’ll be a six-episode installment, and after that, the
Yellowstone universe’s staple show will be wrapped up. Fans can find some comfort in the fact that there are still spinoffs in the works – and a couple of different additional
Yellowstone-universe shows being teased.
It's been quite some time since the first half of season five aired, but the wait - which has stretched to a two year gap since the last episode graced our television screens - is almost over. Thankfully, the folks over at Paramount and those behind the TV series have been dropping plenty of trailers as of late. That's made the waiting and anticipation process a little easier.
One of the
more recent trailers that dropped seemed to lay out a lot of the storylines for the show's final episodes. Beth and Rip were shown fighting to protect the Dutton Ranch and keep Jamie and Christina, his new love interest, away from the beloved family property. There was also a lot of tension shown between Beth and Jamie, all while Kayce and Thomas Rainwater seem to be teaming up. There was also a good amount of Kevin Costner featured, albeit from previous seasons, and Costner's voice was used to open up the trailer.
And now, in a matter of a couple of days, we've gotten a series of teasers that are titled "This Land Is Mine." Each clip has focused in on one of the titular characters, with the first being focused on Jamie - played by Wes Bentley. He sat down to talk about the story that's about to unfold and wrap up, and teased that the characters are staring down the end:
"That Dutton name is huge. The sacrifice it has taken, first to get that land and then to hold the land. The sacrifices made by others that had to give up the land or had to deal with the Duttons in violent ways. We all know and understand that land is land, and we sit upon it.
But John and others, they see it as 'No, this is me, and you can't fight me.' John has run out of ideas and options to maintain that ranch. Their identity with the ranch being the Dutton's, we're right at the end of that. We're looking into the abyss."

COME ON WITH IT.
Then you have another edition of "This Land Is Mine," which featured Rip Wheeler - played by Cole Hauser. He sat down to explain how critical his character has been to protecting the Dutton family ranch, and how special the storytelling of keeping the ranch in the Dutton family has been:
"For John, it was very clear for him. The ranch comes first. Everything else is second. For so many years, obviously 150, that was their stronghold. That's where their flag was planted. It was protected by me and by Lloyd and everybody else that came before me...
The adventure that family has gone on to get to where they are today - the struggle, the love, the passion, the desire, the fight - is pretty extraordinary."

Is there anyway
Yellowstone fans can just go to sleep and wake up on November 10th?
