Matthew Tkachuk is the unique blend of skilled scorer and physical enforcer that any championship-caliber team would want on their side. The Florida Panthers star led the club with 16 assists during the Stanley Cup playoffs, and logged their most penalty minutes with 31. So it comes as no surprise that the hockey artist colloquially known as the Rat King was the chief catalyst to keep spirits high while Mother Nature literally rained on the Panthers' Stanley Cup parade on Sunday.
