In the midst of what should be the dullest period of the NFL offseason and in all of sports, news broke of GOATed NFL head coach Bill Belichick, age 72, dating 24-year-old former cheerleader/apparent sage philosophizer Jordon Hudson.
Anyone calling Hudson an exploitative gold digger should bite their tongues, however, according to one of her ex-partners: 64-year-old entrepreneur Joshua L. Zuckerman. In an exclusive interview with TMZ Sports, Zuckerman explained why all the coverage of the relationship between Hudson and Belichick has been unjust.
"I have been involved with Jordon platonically and romantically and I consider her a good friend. I feel bad that she's caught up in this whirlwind. I'm a former business owner in the healthcare field -- we regularly discuss business and shared interest in psychology, philosophy and most important, our love of nature. She is wise beyond her years, much more than any 20-something I've ever met in my life. The narrative about her character is not fair to her."If y'all thought Belichick and Hudson dating was problematic, read back that first sentence of Zuckerman's quote right quick. As he told TMZ, Zuckerman met Hudson "several years ago." In a similar origin story to her initial encounter with Belichick on a plane, Hudson bonded with Zuckerman over academic subjects. See below.

Zuckerman and Hudson started as friends and became romantic. They were "off and on for a while."
First of all: Exactly how many years ago is "several" in this instance? When did the "off and on" actually start? Because, um, as People reported, Belichick and Hudson have been dating for over a year now. TMZ even mentions in this latest report that their romantic relationship dates back to 2022, though they first met in 2021.
So if Hudson is 24 now, she began dating Bill at, conservatively, 23 years of age. Zuckerman met her several years ago and stopped his on-again, off-again romantic relationship "just prior" to when Belichick and Hudson became official. I'm just presenting facts as I best understand them. Weird vibes all around from Mr. Zuckerman.
Hudson must get peppered with "daddy issues" jokes left and right, so no need to, like, pile on in that regard. Whenever anybody in this world finds love, you want to celebrate it, but Hudson's prior relationship/continued friendship with Zuckerman strikes me as odd. That's about as kindly as it can be stated.
Guess we just take Zuck's word for it that Hudson isn't with Billy B only for the money. What I keep circling back to is, well, let's hypothetically say Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus wasn't married and was dating a 24-year-old. That'd still be a thirty-year age gap. Eberflus is a decade younger than Zuckerman, and 18 years Belichick's junior.
