Now she’s filing for trademarks on Bill’s behalf… I selfishly can’t wait to see how this whole thing blows up, because I think it’s clear that’s where it’s headed.
Unless you live under a rock, you’ve probably heard more than you wanted to about the relationship between Bill Belichick and his (much) younger new girlfriend, Jordon Hudson. An interview with CBS Sunday Mornings went mega viral, as Jordon sat off to the side, watching intently as Bill was questioned about a wide array of topics. When interviewer Tony Dokoupil asked how the couple met, which has already widely been covered, Hudson quickly chimed in from off camera to shut it down:
“We’re not talking about this.”
It was an incredibly awkward moment that seemed to catch the interviewer off guard, and when Dokoupil asked about the photos of their relationship that Hudson shared on social media, Belichick didn’t seem interested in discussing that either:
“I’m on some of those social media platforms, but I honestly don’t follow them.”
“We’re not talking about this.”

There’s a 48-year age difference between the 73-year old coach and the 24-year old former cheerleader, who reportedly met on a flight a few years ago and kept in touch after striking up a conversation. She previously claimed that they met on a flight in February of 2021, while Hudson was a student at Bridgewater State University. TMZ reported back then that Belichick approached her after noticing she was reading a textbook on Deductive Logic and signed it with his Super Bowl victories… what a flex.
And she’s apparently even helping Belichick out in his new job, as recently-released emails showed that Belichick had asked UNC staff members to copy Hudson on emails to him so she could help the team out with social media, and Hudson expressing her concerns with comments about their relationship on the team’s social media posts. Hudson has also been spotted helping out at UNC football practice, which led to a lot of comments – and some concerns from Tar Heel fans (I’d be seriously concerned if I was a Tar Heel fan).
It’s really not a good look for the legendary NFL head coach, and according to TMZ, Hudson reportedly stormed off the set during the interview, and “expected Bill to follow her.” The whole thing caused a 30-minute delay, and she apparently interrupted the interview several other times throughout the process, including corrected her boyfriend on some of his answer to football-related questions… I mean, she’s got some serious nerve to correct Bill Belichick, one of the NFL’s greatest coaches, on the one subject he knows more about than anyone. They’ve also sparked some engagement rumors after Hudson was spotted wearing a large ring on her left hand, though I highly doubt they’re headed towards the aisle, but who knows at this point.
Many people have pointed out the obvious fact that, if they continue down this path of letting Jordon take over parts of Bill’s professional life, she’s at risk of severely damaging his legacy… is it really worth it, Bill? In a new report from Sports Illustrated’s David McKenzie, he found that Jordon is taking a page out of the Taylor Swift playbook and had filed for 17 different trademarks on Bill’s behalf, and they were pretty bizarre… I really hope they’re not actually planning on using them. Regardless of the strategy, it’s clear that she thinks she’s some kind of legendary PR person, even though she’s barely out of college.
Honestly the “Trail of Salty Tears” is probably a horrible idea for obvious reasons, but here are some other examples…
