Would you trust important papers in the hands of Theo Von? No. But should you? Absolutely.
When you think gender reveals, you think friends and family in a front yard, about to pop balloons or cut into a cake that’s either blue or pink. (Or you think some idiot burning down the entire forest or causing a massive explosion).
But in this case, it’s in the hands of comedian Theo Von, doing it his way.
This viral clip is currently making the rounds on TikTok and racking up thousands of views shows Theo Von doing a gender reveal for a couple at his show live on stage during one of his stand-up shows. Yes, an actual surprise baby reveal in front of a packed theatre, but narrated by the mulleted comedian:

For those unfamiliar with Theo Von, you are missing out. The Louisiana native, stand-up comedian and social media personality who hosts an insanely popular podcast and just straight up lives in his own world. It’s the most entertaining thing to hear him talk to literally anybody on his podcast This Past Weekend, where he has guests ranging from Donald Trump and JD Vance to Jelly Roll and Lainey Wilson or even just a random school lunch lady.
So when you see that he gets put in charge of a gender reveal, there’s no scrolling past without hearing how it’s gonna be delivered.
A couple in the crowd handed him an envelope with a note asking if he would do the reveal. He took the paper from them, pointed at the woman and said:
“Let me see that—make sure you got a lil something on you.” (referring to her baby bump)
Which is when you know it’s gonna be good. Of course, he dragged it out in the longest way possible after opening the envelope to see, by asking a series of wild and unrelated questions like if they have another kid, and if their son likes to play with Spiderman-then all coming together when saying:
“You know what every Spider-Man needs, don’t you? Just a young woman to rescue.”
Flawless Execution. Just like that he did his first gender reveal-and the couple and crowd lost it. The comment section is absolutely loving it, picking out their favorite lines from the reveal:
“I know you’re with child or whatever”!
“I’m not judging you but…”
“so let me think”
“That was so smooth.
Many are also commenting about how pure it was of Theo to do this. He is so undeniably himself that makes you feel like you know him-and he was so kind in the video, hugging the couple and kissing them both on the head:
“This man deserves a baby . Someone give him a family !”
“He gave em both lil kisses. he so pure”
“If someone doesn’t give Theo a wife and family”
“Theo Von is a national treasure fr.”
“we don’t deserve THEO”
“You can tell that meant so much to Theo. He wants a family so bad.”

Hopefully this might be the start to Theo Von hosting more life milestones. We might all be better off if we got to hear him at weddings or funerals.
