![Bryson DeChambeau]()
Water is wet, the sky is blue, and Bryson DeChambeau is up to some weird s**t again. Only now, on the heels of a runner-up finish at the PGA Championship, Bryson is far more beloved in the greater golf community than he's ever been. Dude's stock could not be higher. Never one to "play it safe" or do anything the conventional way, the golf superstar is not shying away from the spotlight as the US Open approaches.
Bryson took to social media on Friday to show off some of the interesting exercises he's doing in preparation for the next major at Pinehurst, which won't get underway until June 13.

In addition to
stopping a grown man from stealing one of his balls from a little kid in the gallery at the PGA, Bryson gave Xander Schauffele all he could handle at Valhalla. While most of the headlines had to do with world No. 1
Scottie Scheffler's baffling arrest, the LIV Golf defector reminded us just how much he's missed on the PGA Tour.
To me, there's no real need for Bryson to practice getting amped up. Dude brings the energy every time he's on the course, and only seems to have heightened energy and exuberance in the biggest moments. Look at the highlights below and you'll see what I mean.

Screaming and chasing after a nutted 220-yard 8-iron, and sending the patrons into a collective frenzy with a clutch birdie putt on the 72nd hole? Doesn't get much more electric than that. Like I was saying even in the aftermath of Schauffele's breakthrough win, the big-picture winner from the PGA Championship who wasn't holding the Wanamaker Trophy in the end was clearly Bryson.
My favorite among Bryson's major championship prep in this latest video has to be the resistance band hat tip. That one he might actually have to drill, considering that at The Masters, Bryson was marching down the fairway and pulled the ol'
no-cap tip of the cap to the crowd.

I'd loosely pledged to subscribe to Bryson's growing YouTube channel in previous writings. Now I'm
one of over 625,000 who will follow this strange human being's every post on that platform. Can somebody who attends the US Open in a few weeks please tell Bryson that I love his content, and deeply appreciate what he does online? Still haven't heard a gallery member say that specific phrase and it makes me a little sad.
