The Internet Is Obsessed With Kevin Costner’s “Glambot” Video From SNL50: “How, For The Love Of God, Is He Still HOT”

Honestly, one of the best I’ve seen…

Over the weekend, Saturday Night Live celebrated their 50th season with a star-studded special called “SNL 50,” which included tons of stars and albums of the show, as well as sketches and performances during the special edition of the show.

But one man in particular had at least a couple viral moments just watching in the crowd, none other than Mr. Kevin Costner, who became a meme watching Cher perform, and also had a great reaction to Ryan Reynolds making a stupid joke in the middle of a very public legal battle between his wife, Blake Lively, and her co-star from the hit film It Ends With Us, Justin Baldoni.

If you’re on the internet much at all, you’ve probably seen quite a bit of chatter about it, so Costner’s reaction was so fitting… though I’m sure he’s not keeping up with the drama as much as I am (probably not at all, but I digress…):

But the internet is actually still talking about Costner’s red carpet appearance, where he participated in the E! News Glambot, which is equal parts shocking as it is truly incredible. For those who maybe don’t watch red carpet shows as much as I do, it’s basically a camera that films in high definition, slow motion, and is really just a chance for the celebrities to get a cool shot of their outfit and look.

Most of the ladies will give their dress a twirl or something like that, and they guys usually keep it pretty simple… it actually seems pretty hard to time because of how the camera shoots, and with so many award show and red carpet events happening right now, tons of the Glambot videos have been showing up on my TikTok feed, especially from the Grammys a couple weeks ago.

It’s pretty cool… I would love to do it myself, but I don’t think anyone will be able to top Costner’s from the other evening… or at the very least, recreate the magic.

He just oozes cool, and ages like a fine wine, obviously, so his finger gun video has gone totally viral, and I keep seeing comments about it and the video popping up everywhere. Like, you can’t teach this kind of effortlessness and swag… you have it or you don’t:
