Kevin Costner, Yellowstone, and Yosemite all together? That just makes too much sense. The Academy Award-winning actor is teaming up with FOX Nation to bring a three-part limited series titled Yellowstone to Yosemite With Kevin Costner to the streaming platform. The new series is considered to be the sequel of Costner's original hit FOX Nation series Yellowstone: One Fifty, which premiered (and was highly successful) on the streaming service in 2022. Lauren Petterson, the president of FOX Nation, voiced her excitement for the project that sees Kevin Costner return to highlight America's natural beauty and history once more: "Kevin Costner has a unique ability to capture the American experience and captivate an audience through his extraordinary storytelling. With the enormous success of our first project together, there is no filmmaker that better embodies the spirit of America 250 than Costner.” Speaking of America 250, the first episode of the three-part docuseries will debut on Saturday, February 8th. The debut of Yellowstone to Yosemite With Kevin Costner will officially kick off FOX Nation's year-long celebration of the United States of America's 250th anniversary, which will officially be celebrated on July 4th, 2026. And I personally can't think of a better way to honor America than to have the legendary Kevin Costner walking (both figuratively and literally) viewers through the rich history of both Yosemite and Yellowstone. As Costner traverses his way through the national parks, he'll touch on the important and historical 1903 Yosemite expedition that President Teddy Roosevelt and environmentalist John Muir embarked on. The actor and filmmaker will quite literally be following in the footsteps of the American pioneers, all while weaving together the tapestry that is the great American legacy. Costner will touch on everything from the struggle waged by Muir as he contended with the intricate politics of resource management to how Roosevelt's intervention culminated in the establishment of a more structured National Park System, the creation of 150 National Forests, 5 National Parks, and the preservation and protection of 230 million acres of precious land. As Kevin Costner put it, he couldn't pass up the opportunity to be a small part of the story: "Once in a while, you come across a story that has that truly special mix of elements; it's stranger than fiction and happens against all odds. It results in something that legitimately changes the world for the good and, most importantly, it all really happened. The story of President Teddy Roosevelt and John Muir's camping trip through Yosemite is one of those truly special ones, and I'm excited to dig into the next chapter of the preservation of the American frontier.” The Kevin Costner and FOX Nation team up will be developed by Costner's Territory Film, along with Warm Springs Productions. Viewers can expect the show to be released on a weekly basis, starting this Saturday and rolling on for the following two weeks. If you consider yourself a fan of Kevin Costner - or America for that matter - this three-part series will undoubtedly be must watch TV. FOX Nation is available at foxnation.com and via Fox Nation's app for iOS devices, Android devices, Fire TV, Apple TV, Google TV, Android TV, Roku, Xbox One, FuboTV, Vizio TVs, and Samsung TVs, as well as DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, YouTube TV, Comcast Xfinity, Cox Contour, The Roku Channel, Dish and Sling. Kevin Costner will be walking all of us through American history, but you should RUN to catch it when it comes out. [caption id="attachment_614160" align="aligncenter" width="1024"]Image may be NSFW.
