![Jake Paul Announces Fight Against His Brother Logan, & The Internet Is Less Than Excited: “Cash Grab”]()
![Logan Paul and Jake Paul]()
Please tell me that we aren't all going to fall for this again.
If you're like me, you're still trying to get the bad taste out of your mouth that resulted from tuning in to watch YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul take on a 58-year-old Mike Tyson. Believe it or not, it’s been over two months now since that highly anticipated "fight."
The millions of people that tuned into Netflix to see the spectacle of the then 27-year-old take on someone twice his age in boxing ring were all underwhelmed by what unfolded, and it would have been a total loss if it weren't for
Sydney Thomas having her star-making moment.
How could we have seen that coming though? The hype before the fight was through the roof, as many were hoping “Iron Mike” could turn back the clock and show the world why he used to be considered the baddest man alive.
Instead, Mike Tyson showed both his age and his ass:

You're welcome for reminding you that happened.
And you are also welcome for me giving you a heads up about what looks to be Jake Paul's next big fight. Earlier today, the younger of the Paul brothers shared something on social media that's led many to assume he'll be fighting his older brother, Logan, on March 27th. The post doesn't come out and directly say they are fighting one another, so it could be something else like a documentary about the two YouTubers-turned-boxers.
Though the image that is included with this caption below looks like a typical title card hype up to me:
"The moment you've waited a decade for... March 27th on MAX."

Paul brother versus Paul brother? And streaming on Max? Seems like it could be the next big cultural event.
Though I say that, the replies to the post don't exactly convey the same excitement. While some seem to be looking forward to it, most of everyone else can't help but think that the Pauls might just be in it for the money. After all, Jake Paul's fight against Mike Tyson gifted major payouts to both participants. The only people that felt ripped off were the millions of people that tuned in... and it wasn't even a pay-per-view (most people already have Netflix).
So as you might imagine, social media is sounding off in response to a potential Paul vs. Paul fight, and it's giving "we're not falling for this again" vibes:
Nevertheless... if they DO end up fighting, they're gonna make a PILE of money.
