Philadelphia Eagles Fan Caught On Video Calling Green Bay Packers Fan An “Ugly Dumb C**t” Identified As Employee Of DEI Consulting Firm

So much for diversity, equity, and inclusion... A video went viral yesterday showing a disgusting Philadelphia Eagles fan berating a female Green Bay Packers fan over the weekend during the Wild Card round game at Lincoln Financial Field in Philly. According to Alexander Basara, who posted the video on social media, the woman in the video is his fiancé, and the Eagles fan behind them decided to throw some disgusting insults at the female Packers fan: “She’s an ugly dumb c*nt. You gonna do anything? Shut the f*ck up. Turn around and watch the game.” It seems like even the man’s fellow Eagles fans were telling him to chill out, and some Eagles fans took to social media to apologize for the guy's behavior: “Coming from an eagles fan I’m sorry. We’re not all like this & im disappointed no one around him stepped in to say anything” “As an Eagles fan, I’m so sorry. This is outrageous. I hope this guy suffers consequences for this. Major kudos to you for keeping your cool here (and your fiancée.)” Of course, it didn't take long for the man to be identified - and it turns out, he reportedly works for a consulting firm that focuses on diversity, equity and inclusion (or DEI, as it's commonly known these days). Internet sleuths quickly identified the man as Ryan Caldwell, a project manager at BCT Partners. The New Jersey-based company advertises itself as a team "comprised of seasoned experts and professionals in diversity, equity, and inclusion issues, and are adept at managing projects through an equity lens with the intent of finding solutions that are impartial and progressive." Ironic that somebody focused on diversity, equity and inclusion is calling a woman an "ugly dumb c*nt," eh? BCT Partners seemingly confirmed that the man in the video is their employee, releasing a statement after Caldwell was identified to announce that they would conduct an internal investigation: "The management at BCT Partners has been made aware of a video circulating involving an employee making offensive remarks outside of the workplace. BCT Partners denounces this type of behavior, and we take this matter extremely seriously. As an organization that has always stood for inclusivity, the conduct displayed was completely unacceptable and stands in direct opposition to our company values. We have already begun a full investigation as an internal personnel matter to determine what actions will be taken. And it sounds like the guy's not only facing problems at work, but he might have trouble getting back in to future Eagles games as well. The head of security for the Birds, Big Dom, was reportedly able to identify the man, and the Eagles organization has banned him from future games.
