Sydney Thomas Reveals An SEC Football Coach Slid Into Her DMs After Viral Ring Girl Appearance At Jake Paul/Mike Tyson Fight

Gotta be Lane Kiffin, right? Sydney Thomas turned out to be the big winner of the disaster of a boxing match between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson back in November. While the fight turned out to be a snoozer and fueled allegations that it was rigged, and Netflix had a ton of streaming issues that made the whole fight borderline unwatchable (except for a crystal clear shot of Mike Tyson's ass), the 22-year old University of Alabama student turned out to be the only saving grace from the event. During an appearance on the Like a Farmer podcast with Pat Spinosa, Thomas revealed that after the fight, an SEC football coach slid into her DMs: "It was from another SEC football team coach. And they just DM'd me, 'Roll Tide.' So I'm not going to say what coach it was, but they're an Alabama fan, now at least. Several SEC coaches have ties to Alabama, including Georgia head coach Kirby Smart and Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin, both of whom served as assistants for the Crimson Tide under Nick Saban. And she did say that it was "another SEC football team coach," so that seemingly eliminates Bama coach Kaelen DeBoer. There's Hugh Freeze at Auburn, who's been busted (no pun intended) being a little too horny in the past after he was caught using a university-issued cell phone to call an escort service while at Ole Miss. So he would be an obvious candidate, no? I feel like we can probably rule out Sam Pittman from Arkansas and Mark Stoops at Kentucky, because I'm not convinced either of them can use their own social media. Josh Heupel at Tennessee doesn't seem like a "slide into your DMs" kinda guy, and neither does Shane Beamer from South Carolina, but I guess you never know? And one look at the recruiting videos that LSU puts out and you'll see just how awkward Brian Kelly is around college-aged kids, so I think it's safe to rule him out too. But in the comments, it seems like everybody has settled on one primary suspect: Ole Miss head football coach Lane Kiffin. Kiffin is notoriously active on social media, and has an odd sense of humor, so honestly if it were him he was probably just trying to be funny and support her as opposed to hitting on her. That just seems like a Kiffin move, and not necessarily in a horny way. Is it weird either way? Sure. But I could definitely see Kiffin firing off DMs to strangers at a pretty rapid clip and thinking nothing of it, just because he's so socially awkward. Unfortunately Thomas isn't ready to out the coach who slid into her DMs, so right now all we can do is speculate. But of the candidates, it seems like Lane Kiffin is the most likely suspect.
