![Bojangles Box Boat Goes Viral At North Carolina “Build Your Own Boat” Competition]()

It's Bo' time.
I hope these folks won an award just for creativity points.
Each year, the U.S. National Whitewater Center in North Carolina holds a build-your-own-boat competition, where participants do their best to build a vessel that can survive the rapids in one of the center's rapid simulators. Last week, the competition was held, and whitewater enthusiasts came from all over to showcase their homemade boats and put their creations to the test, navigating them through the rapids.

Spectators see a variety of boats brave the twists and turns of the whitewater, from inflatables to highly engineered boats. One boat went viral during this year's contest for its creativity and shocking sturdiness.
An extra-large Bojangles box entered the competition and stole the hearts of spectators. Of course, with Bojangles being founded in North Carolina, the fast-food chicken joint-inspired boat was a crowd favorite in front of the hometown crowd. But the engineering of the boat was highly impressive, too.
It truly resembled a Bojangles box, which includes floppy sides and all. I'm not sure how a boat with what appears to have such little support was able to brave the treacherous rapids.
Bojangles was gettin' it done in this competition. This makes you want to get some chicken and biscuits, right?
