![Donald Trump Alabama]()
Bama fans have a lot to cheer about right now.
The Crimson Tide got off to a hot start against the Georgia Bulldogs (they just scored another touchdown as I'm typing this), with Alabama pulling out to a 21-0 lead in the battle of the SEC powerhouses.
It's obviously one of the biggest games of the season, and one that will no doubt have implications for both the SEC championship and the College Football Playoffs. So naturally, everybody wants to be at Bryant-Denny Stadium for the game - including Donald Trump.
The former President and current GOP presidential nominee was in Tuscaloosa today for the game, and it seems like fans from both teams were excited for the visit from the president:

And he brought some friends along with him: Kid Rock and John Daly both accompanied Trump as he entered the stadium to crowds of fans cheering him on.

While greeting the fans, Trump even grabbed some boxes of popcorn and began tossing them out to folks.

He then took his seat in his box (where he reportedly
requested Filet-O-Fish sandwiches from McDonald's, Domino's pizza and Diet Coke) before waving to the cheering crowd.

What a scene for new Alabama coach Kalen DeBoer's first SEC game.
Oh, and while Kamala Harris didn't take any college football today, her running mate and VP candidate Tim Walz was in Michigan to watch the Wolverines take on Minnesota. And...well, the reception was mixed:

So much for
reclaiming football for Democrats...
(Oh, and Bama just scored again - 28-0 Tide. Gonna be a long night for the Dawgs).
