This right here is why you should never pick a fight with anyone.
In the same way that you never really know what someone is going through, you also can't always be confident that the person you are bickering with
isn't a UFC fighter - and a two-time UFC middleweight champion at that. This clip of some random guy (wearing Crocs) almost getting into a street-side scuffle with Israel Adesanya is going viral, and everyone is wishing the UFC fighter would have knocked the man out of his Crocs.
We don't know what ignited the verbal disagreement, but according to
TMZ Sports, the man approached Izzy and called him the n-word. Surely the Croc-wearing guy wouldn't have tried to test someone who literally beats the hell out of other people for a living. Adesanya has lost his last two fights, so though that criticism can be thrown his way, there's good reason to assume that he's ready to take out some of that aggression on someone that wants to press their luck.
Unfortunately, we don't get to see any fighting taking place because the person recording ended up driving on through. But things weren't looking good for the Croc guy when the clip wraps up:

Man... I wish we could have seen how things shook out.
There's no doubt that Israel Adesanya would have shown off his professionalism (beat the guy's ass). However, since the video ends before things even really get started, we might not ever know what went down. Most likely, cooler heads prevailed, but all social media does know is that people out in the wild have to be more aware of who they are tempting into altercations:
