![Delta Trump shirt]()
Could have gotten away with it on a Spirit flight.
But apparently the humorless crew at Delta Airlines weren't happy about a passenger's shirt over the weekend during a flight out of Sarasota Bradenton International Airport in Florida.
According to a
Reddit post on r/delta, a passenger was removed from the airplane after boarding because of his shirt, which featured a picture of Donald Trump throwing the double bird and said "Hawk Tuah, Spit On That Thang."
Now, it's not clear which part of the shirt the fine folks at Delta didn't like. Was it the middle fingers, or the blowjob joke, or was it just Donald Trump? Who knows these days. But either way, apparently the man was told before boarding that somebody had complained about his shirt and he would have to change.
He initially complied by turning the shirt inside out, but then flipped his shirt back around once the plane was fully boarded - and promptly got himself removed.
Video shows the passenger being removed from the plane with some choice words for the Delta employee who was escorting him off:
"I'm getting kicked off because of my shirt. And this is her. Stupid ass Wendy."

I'm sorry, I thought this was America.
The woman who posted the video to Reddit seemed to be on the man's side, saying that she'd "seen way worse," including a "girl half naked" who boarded and wasn't asked to leave the plane.
I mean, air travel isn't the luxurious experience it used to be. It's basically herding cattle from one city to another. But I guess Delta has to keep things classy.
